Advil. The brand we all know. Frankly though, I haven't always been a Advil user.
On that note let me remind you these are my opinions and I was given the product to share about, I got it for free.
I really wanted to try Advil because sadly I have had a few issues lately with my back acting up from my weight lifting. I don't do anything extreme but I have been weight lifting since I was 14 yrs old. I love it. But over the years my body has let me down,my mind has made me lazy and well being a mom comes first.
About 6 mos ago I started back into the weight lifting world. So when I got my Advil, I decided to take it before my workout. I always way to late and then I'm just a grump.
Before my work out. I was feeling pretty good and ready to go. I loved how easy they were to take and left no funny taste in my mouth.
I did my usual routine.
During! I look pretty happy since about half way through is when the aches tend to show up.I'm only 28 but man between lifting kids, dogs, groceries, anything I want to clean under in the house and my weights..my body has had a tole!
I loved taking the advil first but in reality I needed to know if after my work out it would act fast against my aches.
So I did a second work out out just for this blog the next day..okay okay I would have worked out anyway but I knew I was going to write about it.
Second work out was more boxing and little less weights but I felt the aches pretty close to finishing so I took Advil with my water and waited to see if I would end up on the couch or be able to run my errands.
I got to do my errands! Advil kicked in I would say faster then I even realized. I was in a go mood that it didn't dawn on me how well it worked.
They were 200mg and I took two each work out. I'm not a pill person so I will fight the aches sometimes and other times get my trusty Advil.
Thank you again for the chance to try these out Crowdtap and of course Advil for allowing the chance!
